Gourmet Breakfasts

Wake each morning to a healthy and creative homemade breakfast.

Fresh fruit is always our first course. In the summer and fall, we use only local produce, serving Peach Smoothies, Minted Melon and Berries or Fruit and Granola Parfaits. We serve Poached Pears, Baked Apples, Roasted Peaches and Blueberries as well as other seasonal fruits in the winter and spring.

For your main course, we prepare dishes that are delicious and good for you, including Pumpkin Waffles with Turkey Sausage, Cinnamon/Orange Multigrain French Toast with Turkey Bacon, Swiss Cheese Crustless Quiche, and Banana Walnut Multigrain Pancakes.

On weekends, we add an indulgent baked treat, fresh from our oven at 9 am. Cherry Scones, Raspberry Strudel Muffins, Cinnamon/Blueberry and Banana/Nut Mini Muffins are among our favorites. Every afternoon, there is a homemade snack waiting for you, along with fruit, almonds, chocolates, coffee, tea and soda for your enjoyment. We will prepare Vegetarian and Gluten-free breakfasts for our guests with special dietary requirements.

Kathy only bakes with the freshest and local ingredients and all the muffins and scones were delicious!

The food is wonderful, rich in flavors with a focus on eating right. The French toast was made from a multi-grain bread. The bacon was a crisp turkey flavor. The granola and fruit parfait was all natural and delicious. Best of all, this full breakfast left you feeling satiated without feeling bloated down by having too much to eat.

My husband is a chef so he likes to have nice meals when we are on vacation. Kathy out did herself with the delicious breakfast served each morning. Each day she had a special treat in the afternoon along with coffee and tea.
